Peent! Wacoo! Spring is around the corner and the Woodcock are back and singing! We will meet at Gorman Nature Center Feb, 27th at 6:00 pm for a short program and then we’ll move out into the prairies to watch the woodcocks do their flight displays when it gets dark. The entire walk will last 1½ – 2 hours and be sure to bring your muck boots, as our trails could be muddy. We will have three Woodcock Walks this year and the next two will be March 6th and 13th.
