Enjoy fresh air and take in Kingwood’s natural beauty on a 3/4 mile loop. Finish with a 10 minute stretch session to improve muscular tone, flexibility, and range of motion. Feel refreshed and restored in mind, body, and spirit. Dress for the weather, including appropriate footwear. Free for members / $10 for non-members / free for SilverSneakers (must show card) In partnership with OhioHealth Fitness Center Program runs weekly, Wednesdays at 11 AM Please note: This is a weekly-offered class and not a series.
