Join us for the Wellness Walk and Morning Stretch, a rejuvenating event held every Wednesday at 11 AM in partnership with OhioHealth Fitness Center. This 45-minute class invites participants to explore the serene beauty of Kingwood Gardens as they walk a scenic 3/4-mile loop. The experience concludes with a 10-minute stretching session designed to enhance muscle tone, flexibility, and overall range of motion, promoting a revitalized mind, body, and spirit. Attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather and wear suitable footwear. The event is free for members, $10 for non-members, and complimentary for SilverSneakers cardholders.
