Join us for the Wellness Walk & Morning Stretch, a collaborative program with OhioHealth Fitness Center, held weekly on Wednesdays at 11 AM. Experience the refreshing outdoor beauty of Kingwood as you stroll along a scenic ¾ mile loop, followed by a rejuvenating 10-minute stretch session designed to enhance muscle tone, flexibility, and overall range of motion. Participants will feel refreshed in mind, body, and spirit. Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear suitable shoes. The event is free for members, $10 for non-members, and SilverSneakers members can join for free (must show a member card). Registration is required weekly, and slots will open for enrollment the week prior. Drop-ins are welcome if space is available.
