Join us for the Wellness Walk & Morning Stretch, a revitalizing program held weekly on Wednesdays at 11 AM in partnership with OhioHealth Fitness Center. Immerse yourself in Kingwood’s natural beauty as you stroll a picturesque ¾ mile loop, followed by a refreshing 10-minute stretch session designed to enhance muscle tone, flexibility, and range of motion. This experience aims to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Remember to dress appropriately for the weather and wear suitable shoes. Participation is free for members, while non-members can join for $10. SilverSneakers members can attend at no cost (please provide your member number and card upon arrival).
