Join us for the Wellness Walk and Morning Stretch, a refreshing weekly event in partnership with OhioHealth Fitness Center, held every Wednesday at 11 AM. Experience the natural beauty of Kingwood Gardens as you stroll through a scenic 3/4-mile loop, followed by a rejuvenating 10-minute stretch session aimed at enhancing muscle tone, flexibility, and overall wellness. Make sure to dress appropriately for the weather and wear suitable footwear. Participation is free for members and SilverSneakers holders (with card), while non-members are welcome for a fee of $10. Please note that this is an ongoing class, and enrollment opens weekly.
