Join us for our upcoming Mother’s Support Group, “The Myth of the Perfect Summer: Motherhood, Mental Health & Summer Expectations,” as we create a safe and supportive space for honest conversation about the pressures many mothers face during the summer season.
From managing activities, schedules, and endless expectations to coping with stress, burnout, comparison, and the desire to “do it all,” this discussion will focus on letting go of perfection and prioritizing mental wellness, balance, and self-compassion.
Mothers of all ages and stages are welcome as we encourage one another, share openly, and remind ourselves that connection matters more than creating a perfect summer.
