Friday, October 10
5-7pm Traveling Program Golf Cart – Watch for the traveling program golf cart with a close-up look at a bat skeleton & weekend schedule!
7:30-9pm Haunted Trail for Golf Carts – Drive your golf cart through the Haunted Trail route to see Halloween decorations! Registration is required at www.MWCD.org/tickets. All golf carts must follow driving and golf cart regulations.
9pm Campsite Decorating JUDGING – Judges will be viewing decorated campsites. No sign-up needed. Winners will be announced on our Facebook page.
Saturday, October 11
11am-12pm Outback Ray – Join in on this interactive animal show at the Welcome Center. There will be plenty of curious animals to pique your interest. An adult must accompany all children.
1-2pm Bugman – Learn what is more dangerous, a black widow or a mosquito the Welcome Center. An adult must accompany all children.
2:30pm Costume Contest – Dress in your favorite costume and meet at the basketball court near Camp Area G. Prizes will be given to top costume in each division! Divisions include ages 0-6, ages 7-11, ages 12-17, adults 18+, and pets.
3-4pm Trick-or-Treat – Dress in your favorite Halloween costume and visit participating campsites offering Halloween treats. For kids of all ages! All campsites are encouraged to participate.
4-5:30pm Tie Dye T-shirts & Pumpkin Patch – Make your own tie dye masterpiece! NEW Halloween T-shirt designs will be available for $10 each, cash only. Shirts are size youth small to adult 3XL and are first-come, first-served. Meet at the Picnic Shelter #2. Plus, pick out your own pumpkin to paint for $5 each!
5:30-6:30pm Halloween BINGO for Adults – Try your luck and win prizes! Bring a Halloween-themed $2 prize and meet at the Welcome Center! This program will be run at a faster pace for adults.
7-9:30pm Haunted Hayrides – Take a hayride through the park to see Halloween decorations! Space is limited; registration is required at www.MWCD.org/tickets. All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
