Join us for a fun-filled day celebrating Earth Day and the beauty of nature at Pleasant Hill!
Start your morning from 10-11 am with an Open Nature Center at both the Atwood and Tappan locations, where you can learn about Spring Wildflowers and create a simple bird kite. At noon, look out for the Traveling Golf Cart delivering Earth Day Clean-up supplies and schedules across the park.
At 3 pm, participate in the Earth Day Clean-up: visit the Welcome Center to grab gloves and trash bags, take a map to identify litter areas around the park and lake, and return your filled bags to receive a coupon for a FREE night of camping!
Throughout the day, enjoy additional activities, including a guided “Signs of Spring” hike at 1:30 pm, Family BINGO at 3 pm, and an Ohio Boating Education Course running from 8 am-5:30 pm. Don’t miss the Flower Craft for Adults at 12:30 pm and Adult BINGO at 2 pm.
With crafts, games, educational programs, and an opportunity to give back to nature, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!
