Intro to Guitar Pedal Building. 1/31 2pm-5pm Yes you can. If you don’t know a capacitor from a resistor, if you have never held a soldering iron, or maybe you tried to build a pedal for a kit and it didn’t go like you hoped, this is the workshop for you. We will teach you soldering, and introduce you to basic circuit principals. And you will go home with a working distortion pedal! In the first class we build the Electra, a simple single transistor that drives a set of clipping diodes. An excellent intro to pedal building, it has been widely used in many boutique pedals and is a popular DIY circuit, with a wealth of info and mods. Class is limited to 6 people, so sign up today!
