The Lexington Police Department invites the community to participate in the 2026 Drug Take Back Event on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Safely dispose of unused, expired, or unwanted medications at 44 West Main Street (pull around to the back parking lot for drop off) -no liquids and no syringes/sharp objects.
