In partnership with OhioHealth Fitness Center Program runs weekly, Tuesdays at 1 PM During this 45-minute class, this balance class will address ways of improving balance through improved posture, increased muscular strength, improved agility & coordination, and increased self-confidence. Chairs and modified movements are available for this program Please note: This is a weekly-offered class and not a series. Slots for each class will open up for enrollment the week prior.
